Fabulous food - Edit
Homemade food and healthier choices. My mother who is not vegan is still raving about her burger a week later. Irak is the awesome owner. FYI there is a 10$ fee to get in on the weekends, not sure about the weekdays. Doesn’t matter food is so delish!😋😋😋❤️

Amazing vegan find in yellow green farmers market - Edit
This was my first time at the yellow green farmers market and I was super excited to find pacha roots! Everything is vegan. I got the bahn mi sandwich and it was incredible. Irak, who was serving me, was super kind and informative about his dishes. He even let me sample his homemade plant based mozzarella and the filling for one of his arepas. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great experience! - Edit
What a lovely experience. I've eaten from Pacha Roots a few times and I'm really surprised this place doesn't have more reviews! Everything here is vegan and made from scratch. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. He makes the cashew cheese, the burger, and everything else himself. I've tried the dumplings, cheese cachapa, arepa, blueberry banana bread, and the sweet plantains with queso sauce. I also got a block of the smoked paprika cheese to have at home. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Hard to find, but worth it. - Edit
The restaurant is actually inside the yellow green farmers market, which is absolutely enormous. Enter through the north west entrance and it’s not too far away. I agree with the other review, the food is delicious, but it takes a while as he’s a “one man band.” Leave enough time and enjoy!!

So good!!! - Edit
We usually eat at the Ethiopian place at Yellow Green Farmer's Market, which I love. However, this time, I wanted to try something different. I was excited to find Pacha Roots. I will definitely be going back. The chef makes a delicious cheese also. He was all sold out when I got there. I will just have to go early next time. Delish!!!

Vivir como un pachá - Edit
In Spanish, there is the expression “vivir como un pachá” which means “live like a pasha”. At Pacha Roots, one can eat like a pasha. I enjoyed the Tofu Bowl, which comes with quinoa tabouleh, sliced cucumbers, pumpkin seeds, cashew cream and, of course, marinated tofu. It’s a cold dish, and I found the flavors appetizing and the serving size just right. I also enjoyed the Veggie Mix Gyoza as well. The flavor really popped. ¡Pachá Life!
