Lovely cafe and grocery shop - Edit
We enjoyed coffee and carrot cake (delicious and gluten free too!) relaxed in comfy lounge chairs in a lovely cafe with a nice cool vibe. The cafe also has a good selection of meals and also a small but interesting selection of groceries and fresh fruit and veggies .

Great options for a small town - Edit
A couple of really nice vegan options here, very tasty and fresh! My favourite was the nourish bowl. The coffee is also good. A surprising and delightful little place.

Cheap filling meals - Edit
We popped in for lunch. I had the Thai veg rice salad which was okay. My parents had the lentil broccoli and pumpkin soup which was delicious. There were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. The menu changed regularly as it depends what produce needs to be used up from the shop.

Nice small menu with a selection of healthy vegan options including fresh juices and smoothies. They’re also more than happy to make substitutions. All plant mylks available too.
Read moreToday we had morning tea - a crumpet with peanut butter / turmeric butter, a coffee, a banana, cocoa and peanut butter smoothie and a vegan mint slice - all delicious!
They only had three vegan treats (1 of each in the cabinet) today but other times I’ve visited there was a much larger selection.
Food is well presented and the staff are very friendly and efficient.
There is a well stocked whole foods shop attached to the cafe. It is pricy (compared to Brisbane city prices) but it has a good selection of vegan and WFPB items, including a small selection of local fruit.

Nice laid back cafe with good selection of vegan options. Health food store attached with some whole food options. Definitely worth visiting if in the area.

Friendly Cafe with vegan options - Edit
We found this place on a random trip to Canungra. The staff are super friendly and served us delicious vegan salads and coffees. They also had lovely looking vegan cakes but we were too full to try. Lots of vegan foods are available in the shop and I stocked up for our continuing journey. I highly recommend this cafe. It left me feeling nourished and happy 😊 🥦
