Little options but still good - Edit
Small mountain towns can be tough to find vegan options. Ouray Brewery has a good salad and Impossible burger option. There is a $5 up charge for the burger. I’d prefer not to have processed vegan but sometimes hunger dominates. Despite only 2 options the food was great and the view from the roof top is worth it all!

I would give 5 stars if I could! - Edit
They have gourmet burgers with an Impossible burger substitution always available. The salads are not your typical run of the meal salads, and they can be vegan upon request. Many vegetarian appetizers and sandwiches. Try the beet reuben sandwich!
Read morePros: Many vegetarian options, Vegan beer option, All meals vegan upon request if possible
Cons: Expensive, especially during peak season, Limited substitutions available

Burger and beer options - Edit
After hiking the Ouray Perimeter Trail, we were hungry. This place was perfect for what we wanted. I had an Impossible Burger with roasted green chilies and a sour cherry cider. The impossible patty was a $4 up-charge, though, which sucks.

Loved it! - Edit
***Went again recently and still love it. They have even more vegan options at this point. The staff was willing to check into a sauce and let me know what ingredients were in it! They now have an impossible burger which my son substituted with the kids burger and I had a beet Ruben minus a sauce( that had egg in it). Still fantastic and was glad to see more options than my previous visit.
Read moreWent here for an anniversary trip and was one of the few places in town that had some vegan options. I had the thai coconut salad and it was one of the best salads I have ever eaten in my life. The atmosphere is great and so was the service. I will definitely make it a regular stop on my travels to Ouray!

AMAZING!! - Edit
me and my partner split a garden salad with the thai vinaigrette and added avocado which was amazinnng, and we also split an impossible burger and fries. all of the burgers on their menu can be swapped for the impossible burger for $2 extra. sooo good, highly recommend. would be 5 stars for me but the app only allows 4 because it's not a fully v restaurant

Limited options - Edit
This place has a vegan burger patty that you can sub for any of the burger options for 4$. So your option is to pay way more for a veggie patty than the meat option. Seems a bit odd, but it’s really the only vegan burger option in town.

Ouray Brewery is a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner. They have a good menu with some variety and a few good vegan options.
The owners are great and very accommodating in ensuring my husband has no dairy anywhere near his meal.
The fries and chips and guacamole are both vegan app options but fries also come with each meal. They have a black bean vegan patty that is very tasty and they offer it in a wrap with lettuce and avocado or a burger. Fries on the side.
**NOTE: the bun will have butter on it unless otherwise specified. Let them know and they are happy to accommodate.
We live 10 miles up the road in Ridgway and stop in here at least once a month post adventure and have never had a bad experience
Pros: chill, tasty, 100% Vegan options

Yummy Vegan Burger - Edit
Nice place, pleasant staff, did you offer many meet options on their menu however they offer a vegan garden burger that is delicious and they will put an avocado pieces on the top for you if you ask for it it makes it extra yummy! Unfortunately they do not serve french fries only a bag of potato chips with the meal but still with limited options in the area its my favorite go to place! I also wish they offered vegan desserts oh well one can dream!
