A small place, comfortable, familiar. The chef is there sharing the receipts, giving you informations. He said vegan is not option, it has to be a proper dinner with starter, main course , dessert. And after traveling the world and working in several restaurants, he decided to open an inclusive place, where vegetarians, and vegans feel comfortable. The restaurant serves meat, but in Umbria is not easy at all to find vegan restaurants.
Read moreI have appreciated the gran vegan starter 6 or 7 different starters really good: caponatina, fermented cauliflower with juniper berries, green salad with red berries vinaigrette, artichokes salad, and others I cannot remember now. A special mention for the dessert.: a ginger parfait covered in raspberry coulis with a black chocolate leaf. Super!

A parte i prezzi alti posso dire di aver mangiato bene e di essermi sentita mio agio in quanto cliente vegana. Non troverete cose tipo tofu o Seitan ma lo Chef si impegna a creare piatti vegani gustosi con quello che ha. Il Dolce vegano era SPAZIALE!
