Good vegan options

Most dishes are meat based or vegetarian. There are 2 vegan options: risotto and fried tofu with onions in red wine sauce and potatoes.

I would love more options - but let me tell you, the fried tofu in wine sauce is outstanding and worth the 4 stars: savory, perfectly seasoned and the potatoes are wonderfully crisp.
