Great variety of vegan options, nice staff - Edit
We bought some vegan Snacks and Drinks and did not find the store lacking at all, despite of what the other reviews said.

They do have vegan options, but don't speak English at all - Edit
I found some vegan products that I enjoyed. Soy milk, rice milk, vegan cheese and sausages. But I asked if the bread was vegan and they couldn't reply. I cannot speak Spanish either, so I didn't buy it.

Not impressive - Edit
For being a shop this large, its range of products doesn't impress. The whole gluten-free section is mostly non-organic. On top of that, I asked staff about vegan "pastel vasco", which they weren't aware of. "When we eat pastel vasco, we eat it... the way it's meant to be", she answered, chuckling. I wouldn't say that alone is a reason to boycott this establishment... but almost.

Help wanted! - Edit
Can improve a great deal! Although offering a wide variety of vegan products, staff needs urgent training. I asked for help to find a specific vegan product and I was quite ignored. First they offered me a product with eggs and butter, (which I can understand that not everyone knows what vegan means...) and after explaining, I was told to look around because there probably was something like that... If there were other customers waiting for help, I could have settled with this answer, but no, they just turned their backs on me to keep filling the shelves.
