Disappointed by Yasai Ramen

Went here for the first time today and was unfortunately disappointed. The Yasai ramen didn't taste good at all and was also very overpowered by the peanut oil.
What we must admit is that quality of the noodles was top, the shitake mushrooms were well seasoned and the portions were reasonable.
It can happen that food isn't to one's liking every once in a while, but at €30 for two ramen dishes, we wouldn't dare try again to see if other dishes on the menu would be more to our taste.

Pros: Options, Clear labels

Cons: Yasai Ramen

One of the best Ramen I’ve ever had

This Tonkotsu Ramen was divine. The broth has to be one of the best I’ve ever had. A little spicy, not too salty and rich in flavor.

The noodles were fresh and chewy and the toppings (shiitake, blanched spinach, seaweed, morels) were just perfect for that type of broth.
The tofu was very good too.

They also have vegan starters (gyoza, edamame) and a vegan dessert.

I strongly recommend this place. You’re in for a special meal!

Amazing Vegan Ramen

I loved the Vegan Ramen, was there already twice and never disappointed me! The Gyoza are one of the best Vegan ones in town and the other starters are also amazing.

Just make sure to reserve in order to really get a place, it can be very packed, because the restaurant is not the biggest one😄

Excellent quality

The vegan Gyosa are, I would think, the best I ever had. The vegan Ramen is also excellent. You should like miso to enjoy it, though: it is not based on vegetable broth but on a miso broth. Tastewise, I'd clearly give five stars. But on the one hand, this isn't allowed, since the place is not fully vegetarian; on the other hand, the variety of options for vegans is limited, so 4 stars can be seen as reflecting the combination of excellent quality but quite limited choice.

Ok-ish

I didn't like the ramen' flavour so much...
The edamame is simple and perfect.

Good but nothing special

I ate the tsukemen (cold noodles). They tasted good but the noodles stuck together so it wasn't so easy to eat them. You dip them in the sause they come with (yuzu flavored). The sauce is a bit to intense for my taste so I never dipped all of the noodles.
The pickled cucumbers are good, but spicy. The only negative thing is the texture - they were a bit mushy.

The chopsticks are really poor quality - be careful!

Cons: Cash only, Cheap chopsticks

Vegaramen is niet te versmaden

De vega ramen is heerlijk, vol van smaak en met lekkere gebakken tofu.

Delicious vegan ramen

I ordered the vegetarian/vegan ramen and, though the only veg ramen option, it was delicious! A generous portion with large pieces of tofu. The staff was friendly, there's wifi, and other than the food, the best part was the pug that was hanging around (who I assume belongs to the owner ). Highly recommend!
