Cauliflower could use more flavor

I liked the seasonings on the zaatar spiced cauliflower but I found that only the outer layer had flavor. The beyond burger was also good but it’s disappointing that the bun isn’t vegan.
The Moroccan sampler is SO good.

Pros: The Moroccan sampler , Delicious cocktails

Cons: Cauliflower is lacking flavor throughout
