Vegan haters - Edit
I sent Om Kampot a message regarding volunteering on their "permaculture" farm. I didn't mention I was vegan or anything like that.

The lady told me that I was a "racist murderer" for being vegan, and that vegan activism is "propaganda", while they are "grounded" and "returning balance to earth" (by unnecessarily murdering animals). And then she added a few "namaste" icons. [censored]. Bipolar much?
AVOID volunteering at OM KAMPOT - This lady is a bully and a vegan hater, probably with mental issues

little dissapointing for vegans - Edit
Nice philosophy, self-made, some organic, supports local farms and sells "fashion and souvenirs made by handicapped" but the menu is not really made for vegans and they only have one or two vegetarian options!

I was told that this restaurant catered for vegans - after asking if the gnocchi was vegan she smiled and said “yes vegan!” After ordering it came out with Parmesan cheese. I asked if it was cheese and she said yes, and then I asked if the gnocchi has egg and she also said yes :( I was really disappointed to go to a restaurant that claims they offer vegan options but then they have no idea what the word even means - I paid for my meal and left it untouched.

nice relaxing vibe - Edit
Om has a nice relaxing vibe and you can catch a nice breeze from the verandah ... very limited vegetarian and vegan options and there are ashtrays on the dining tables ... Simple Things vego resturant is just a few minutes walk in the same street ... the English speaking staff are friendly

Only one vegan plate - Edit
They have only one vegan plate in their menu. When I asked for other vegan alternatives, the waitress said that this would be the only option. I left without ordering. There are a lot of better alternatives in the neighbourhood.

There weren't many vegan options here. I had a curry and it was really good. The girl working there was also very friendly! It's between 3 and 4 stars for me, because of the lack of vegan choices.

As previous reviews said, most of the menu can't be made vegan. The juices and a few items are all you can choose from. I decided to give it a shot, and I wasn't really impressed.

Delicious drinks and nice atmosphere - Edit
Most food is non-vegan, but the juices, smoothies, teas, cacao/coffee etc. are very tasty and refreshing. A nice cosy place for a book and a drink.
