Good vegan sushi options

I am not the biggest sushi fan, but I really enjoyed the vegan sushi at Oishii. My favorite was the veggie delight which had mushroom, sweet potato, and cucumber covered in a delicious mango sauce. The seaweed in these sushi added only a very subtle flavor which I prefer. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had two vegan mochi flavors - mango and matcha! #Veganuary

Update: unfortunately I recently learned that the vegan mochi is no longer vegan 😥

Good little sushi place

I would say that Oushii is good, but not great. They have a decent amount of vegan options. Half are your typical and basic rolls (avocado roll, cucumber roll, etc) but the other half are actually really interesting. They have toppings and are filled with all sorts of stuff like a ‘normal’ roll. For me, they were a little dry, but still good. Cozy little spot that is reasonably priced, with friendly staff. Nice to have something other than just basic veggie sushi.

Note: the veggie dumplings are NOT vegan.
