Really bland - Edit
They had a ramen which could be vegan and gluten-free if you sub rice noodles, but I thought it was very disappointing, especially for the price. My omni friend’s ramen looked delicious but mine was just unseasoned, unaltered tofu and veggies straight from the store. it even had spring mix in it, which obviously wilted instantly in the hot broth.

Decent - Edit
I have been here twice. The first time I didn’t like the ramen at all. The second time I ordered it sans peppers I was so much happier. Easily made vegan. Not most authentic but super solid choice if your going with non veggies. I loved the mushroom bao, could go back for just the bao every time and leave satisfied.

mmmmm - Edit
The vegetarian ramen can be veganized by swapping out the regular noodles for gluten free ones!!!!!

pretty good - Edit
You can get vegan ramen, just be sure to tell them because they have to use different noodles. To me it was a little too filled with veggies, I would have preferred less veggies and more tofu, but I’m a tofu lover. The serving sizes are huuuuge but unfortunately the noodles break into little mushy pieces if you save it for the next day. All in all, I’d probs go back.

Decent Ramen - Edit
For the price and amount of food, this place has a pretty good ramen. The broth is tasty and the dish is loaded with veggies. They serve it with basically half a block of tofu, which would be a perk if they did anything special to it (spoiler: they don't). They also have a mushroom bao which was really good the first time I ordered it, but the second time around I think they used dried mushrooms or something because the flavor and texture was a bit off.
Read moreGreat place to go with friends as it's always been easy to grab a table. They don't have any vegan appetizers which is a bummer (besides a salad that you'd have to order without cheese).
Pros: great for groups, filling ramen
