HUGE menu - Edit
Cute cafe in what looks like it could have been a former Pizza Hut, which I loved as a child. Massive menu with quite a few vegan items. I wanted the saute bowl; all ingredients looked vegan, but it was not marked as such. They were short staffed, and I did not want to run the server and loved the Ohana salad and the super delicious lemony cashew dressing. I was surprised that they had drinks, but everywhere in Dunedin seems to have them, even the pretty plant shop, lol. A large party was very loud which made it difficult for my friends and I to hear, but that is not the restaurant's fault. I added tempeh to my salad, and they had tons of add-on things.

Pros: very large menu, good place for a mixed crowd of eaters, very nice staff
Cons: can get loud depending on how full, what is not vegan in the sauteed bowl???

I absolute love Ohana's and try to drive there from the other side of Tampa 1x a month. The staff is so courteous and the Lucy Pancakes will have you coming back again and again. I've tried to make GF Vegan pancakes and they always fall short, but Ohana's are fluffy and delicious. If pancakes are not your thing, they have various vegan options throughout their menu and the staff are helpful to answer any questions you may have. 10/10 would recommend

Great Vegan Options - Edit
I enjoy coming here for dinner options, but coming for breakfast was pretty limited. The only vegan option for breakfast was gluten free pancakes that were very floury tasting, like biscuits. The potatoes and fruit were great though. I would just recommend sticking to dinner options. Staff is extremely nice and very accommodating to vegans. I will definitely be coming back.

Read moreI got the Big Lucy Breakfast. Their pancakes are fluffier than non vegan pancakes I’ve had. I got fruit instead of bacon. There potatoes are really well seasoned as well.
There menu is well labeled for gluten free, plant based, and vegetarian.

Aloha, salads, wraps, sandwiches and veggie burgers. Kale salad has great flavor. Burger, ban mi sandwich made with tempe good. They made a heart beet salad and their own potato salad both ok.

We were lucky enough to have lived in Hawaii! This place takes us back to the islands. It is both delicious and healthy! We love this place good for groups with varied eating styles. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 5 STARS!!!

We drove over 30 miles to visit Ohana’s and it was worth the gas and mileage! The service was awesome and the pancakes, potatoes and fresh beet juice were all delicious. Adding Ohana’s Cafe to our fave list!

Such nice staff and the food is delicious-especially the vegan potato salad! You can even buy quarts of it to go, as well as dairy free and gluten free pumpkin muffins and cupcakes. They have gluten free buns and real meat options too.

We really enjoyed our visit with numerous vegan choices to choose from. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and gave us tons of recommended. Our dinner was delicious and they also serve breakfast and lunch.

We had the Vegan Tacos and the Garden Veggie Sandwich. Both were terrific. The tacos had lots of avocado and plenty of lime juice. The Garden Vege Sandwich had lots of veges and was delicious. We are only in town for a few days, but we'll be back. We ate so fast we forgot to take a picture!

Great brunch items for everyone - Edit
Went to Ohana Cafe for brunch with my mom. So easy to find because it used to be a Pizza Hut 😉 the menu is expance. So many options for my Omni mom and I. Our server Shannon was so well versed in vegan knowledge. She was so helpful and made a great arrangement to satisfy both my mom and I. I got the vegan loco Moco. Would definitely order it again. On the side I had breakfast potatoes fruit and pancakes with maple syrup. I also had a chocolate smoothie with spinach and veggies. When we finished they gave us Eco friendly packaging for our to go boxes. This is always bonus points with me. Also in the corner of the restraunt they had a section of organic eco friendly toiletries items etc.( Biodegradable floss sticks, deodorant, mouth wash, soaps...plus more) I would return happily.

Ohana Cafe is a wonderful restaurant that offers many vegan options! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their vegan options. I love love love the Very Vegan Tacos and I always get a side salad with the Ohana House dressing. My hubby got the Organic Quinoa and Black Bean Burrito last time, plus a side order of a vegan burger patty. The food is fresh and delicious. All vegan options are marked and the menu is large. There's lots of parking in the restaurant's lot and a drive-through window for pickup orders. We travel 45 minutes to get here from St. Pete and it's absolutely worth it.

I went there for the first time and immediately fell in love! Serves meat but there are plenty of vegan options and they’re all fresh and creative. They make plenty of things such as vegan potato salad and vegan cupcakes in house which were awesome! Definitely going back for more

Vegan options were abundent and clearly marked which is always a plus. Sunshine burger was flavorful and crispy which isn't always easy with veggie burgers. Falafel wrap was delicious as well.

Lots of clearly marked vegan options (even yummy vegan cupcakes). Kid and adult approved. Everything was really fresh and a variety of exuberant flavors were used. The staff was really kind and attentive despite the fact that we came in close to closing.

I'd give 5 stars if I could...this place had amazing vegan options. The vegan tacos we're amazing. My son who is also gluten free had the GF pancakes, which were so good. The customer service was great!! Lots of great options for vegans and meat eaters alike
