Great value for salads - Edit

Great salads and everything clearly marked. Can get busy. This place is in Putney and easy to reach including a short walk across the river.
Haven’t tried things off the menu but went straight for salads: large plate includes two mains and three salads
I just had one main (moussaka - great flavours and still warm) and four salads. Salads were great
Especially the mango avo one was stunning. I loved the sweet potatoes too
Only downside was the coffee. Not good

Healthy and tasty - Edit

Their slogan, “healthy and tasty”, is pretty accurate. The portions are very generous. We ordered the bigger option, 2 mains and 3 salads, but looking at other diners’ plates the smaller one would have been fine as it seems they expand the portions of each item.

Would definitely be 5*s if it went fully vegan. The cheese in the roast potatoes seems really unnecessary, especially since the vegan cheesy moussaka was so good.

Amazing salads! - Edit

Lovely cafe serving lots of amazing colourful salads and healthy dishes. The tofu and ackee scramble was delicious! Staff were very friendly and there was a good atmosphere.

Not great - Edit

Food seems healthy and might be better at other times. When I went the food was cold, staff were friendly but the vibe was a bit hectic and needed a bit more order, drinks were forgotten etc.

Huge variety of salads and vegetables - Edit

Lovely range of very tasty veggie sides and salads. Choose one main and two sides for £9. We had butter beans and they were so tasty. Very nice service - friendly and welcoming.

Good vegan brunch - Edit

This is on the same site as Foodilic's Putney High Street branch (which shut down during or shortly after the pandemic) and seems very similar apart from the name. Foodilic had its ups and downs quality-wise but based on today's brunch I'd say it's back on good form.

The other two in our party both had the full vegan breakfast, which they enjoyed - the slice of aubergine with tahini (in lieu of bacon?) was an unusual touch. I had the giant baked bean dish with a "smart salad" (mixed superfood type) and a roasted sweet potato and kale one - all tasted fresh and well-seasoned.

Service was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, loo looked wheelchair accessible (but perhaps check first) and my friend's small dog was allowed to join us. The vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu. Prices seem reasonable and portions generous. Whereas there used to be a self-service salad bar, the food is now served by a member of staff which seems more hygienic to us.

Putney could of course do with a fully vegan or even veggie restaurant but meanwhile this is a pretty good option.
