I wouldn't call this place vegan friendly, There was one vegan empanada available and the woman behind the counter did not know that butter and eggs are not vegan. Definitely not worth making a detour for.

Nice little bakery with a few vegan options - Edit
Had two vegan savory baked goods (think empanadas), though I believe there are no vegan cookies. Coffee with soy milk was delicious
