Read moreHier wurde ich aber nicht enttäuscht. Wir wurden unglaublich positiv empfangen. Das Ambiente des Ladens ist so freundlich und hell. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht dort anzukommen. Geparkt haben wir am Hafen und sind dann hochgelaufen und anschließend noch ein wenig durch die Stadt gelaufen. Das war richtig schön!
Wir haben vor Ort alle Hauptgerichte und Vorspeisen von der Karte bestellt und alles geteilt 🤩🌱. Das Essen war teilweise sehr ölig und zu wenig Proteine, aber geschmacklich war es sehr sehr lecker! Ich bin auf jeden Fall erfüllt und beschwebt aus dem Restaurant raus gekommen. Endlich mal kein Reinfall! Man merkt wirklich, dass die Owner sehr hinter dem ganzen Projekt stehen!

It is a nice Café. Nicely decorated and kind staff. But the food is average nothing special. For example the patatas were cold with a lot of oliy junk sauce. Also in the bowl could be more ingredients….

- eine top Bedienung vom Chef persönlich (der äußerst freundlich ist!)
- eine absolut leckere Küche 😋
Die Karte ist überschaubar, aber in sich so vielfältig, dass ich zu wagen behaupte, dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Bei uns gab es 4 Hauptgerichte und 3 Vorspeisen & Side Dish, sowie Kindermenüs. Es gibt eine Nachtischauswahl und eine tolle Getränkevielfalt (Matcha Latte und Nuss-Schokolade ist total meins, aber natürlich gibt es noch mehr….).
Wir waren 2x dort, weil es uns so gefallen hat und das nächste Mal kommen wir definitiv wieder!
Tipp: reservieren! Und man kann nicht direkt dort parken, ist dafür aber direkt in der Stadt um dem großen Treiben. Wirklich einen Besuch wert!

In questo locale ci siamo sentiti coccolati insieme al nostro cane, anche lui super benvenuto. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era veramente accogliente e premuroso. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo mangiato erano spettacolari. Non da meno il gelato finale. Ci siamo leccati i baffi.

we loved it here. the drinks and food were amazing and the staff really friendly. the place looks super cute as well. we even ordered an additional dish to take it home for dinner as well as desserts for the afternoon. 100% recommend this place.

Best place for vegan food on Corsica - Edit
During our journey across Corsica, finding vegan options was a challenge until we discovered Nymphea, a true vegan gem. The cafe's cool style and welcoming atmosphere instantly charmed us. What stood out was the owner's passion and the love infused into his dishes. The menu, all vegan, offering warm food until 3 pm. After that, they serve only cakes and drinks, which are equally good. Meeting the owner, who was incredibly nice and enthusiastic about his creations, added a personal touch that set Nymphea apart. We highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Corsica, vegan or not, for a unique experience that supports a local business dedicated to quality and care.

Agosto 2023 - Nasce come bakary ormai cinque anni fa ed è stata la nostra oasi in queste vacanze dove trovate locali che offrissero pasti/opzionò vegetali era più che un miraggio. Il locale è super grazioso e accogliente, nulla di caotico ma anzi, super rilassante; il personale è super attento e molto gentile. Siamo riusciti praticamente ad assaggiare tutto il menù e ogni singolo piatto merita, che fosse il sandwich o la pasta fredda.

Delicious food and a whole menu of options from appetizers to entrées, desserts, drinks with out without alcohol. The times in the happy cow website are wrong but the time on Google is correct. Once you find parking, the restaurant is walking distance. Pink is the vibe. Each aspect of our meal was so good and the staff was so nice!

Looks like the Nymphea moved this year. They are now located in the center of the town. They are now focused on lunch, coffee and cake. They also sell a few vegan sweets like vegan M&Ms. Lunch and cake was superb!

In best case you can find a restaurant, that offers a vegan bowl or is willing to veganize it.
Nymphea is not only the only all vegan spot at the east coast, but definitely outstanding.
The location is beautiful with a nice green yard and the restaurant itself is super-lovely furnished.
Staff very friendly and helpful in explaining the French menu and giving recommendations.
The food was the best we had in our vacation on the island, for my omni-husband, too.
The menu offers hearty, but fresh dishes like lush toast with vegan homemade steak and French potato salad as a side, Mac n cheese, cold Pad Thai styled dish.
Everything was very tasteful and reasonably priced (14-16€ for main) compared to the prices on the island (usually for a bowl you pay in average around 16-17€, for a burger with fries around 19€).
Would love to see more veggie-rich dishes though😄

The only vegan Café/Restaurant in Corsica. The food and drinks were delicious, fresh, organic and self-made. We tried everything from the menu. The cookies and cake were delicious, too. Both owner were awesome, very friendly, know English and considered my allergy. You should definitely go there!

We came here for lunch and had a great experience. They have a nice choice of vegan lunches and varying desserts and drinks. Everything was tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. If you are around this area, I highly recommend visiting this place!

We went there for breakfast and we took 2 slices of cake, a biscuit and a lemonade. The desserts were so tastefull!! Then we took a toast and an hamburger to take away: the toast was so good!! The staff is super kind and helpfull!! We spent 47€, so not that expensive
