They had 3 vegan options available and 1 vegetarjan option. It’s a good restaurant if you want to have a cheap meal and you’re in a hurry because it works as a self service (although because of covid the lady had to serve us). We ate the lasagna and we weren’t really impressed because although the consistency was nice it didn’t have any flavour or seasoning and it was a bit cold.
We have been to this restaurant during our stay in Espinho, and we loved what it had to offer. 3 main dishes to choose from, a soup, a small salad bar, fresh natural juice and a good selection of deserts. What else can one wish for?
Menu prices vary, but the most expensive is 8€, which I think is fabulous for the quality of food and portion size.
I went to Nutriverde just two days ago and was very surprised with this restaurant. It stays in not a very known street (even though close to the main one, Rua 19) so I thought it wouldn't have anything really special. Still, I wanted to give it a try as Espinho doesn't really offer many vegan/vegetarian restaurants. A very pleasant surprise, I must say. It is a small restaurant run by just one lady (therefore the short time it's open) and there is a choice of three different main courses. It works as a self-service, so you start by taking your salad, then dessert, main course and then you pay. Nutriverde also offers three different combinations for different prices and I went for the one which includes salad + drink + main course + dessert, all for just €8. The soy lasagna was yummy, yummy. I really think that €8 for such a complete meal was a bargain, especially because it was so tasty. The lady is kind and even though she works alone, she does her best to make sure no customer is waiting for too long. Pity that it doesn't do dinners, but it is definitely a must go at lunch time.

É uma opção vegana. - Edit
