More vegetarian than anything

They do have vegan options but most of the menu is egg oriented, the juices are very good and very fresh, if you are vegetarian that’s a good place to go, if you are vegan... well it’s compicated.

Pros: Good juice variety, Friendly staff

Cons: Mostly vegetarian not vegan

Excellent Vegan Pancakes!

Although the outside of this restaurant says "Vegetariano", the do serve salmon. Their menu is also egg heavy.

The pancakes and waffles normally contain egg, but I told the waitress that I am vegan "soy vegano" and she understood. she made the pancakes fluffy and delicious for me, and she verified that they were vegan. they have a vegan burger here made of soy and quinoa, and many vegan items as part of their lunch buffet.

The service is very friendly and helpful.

I do not know of another place in Tijuana that makes vegan pancakes, so this is a decent choice if you like pancakes and waffles for breakfast. you can also order the soy burger in the morning.

Pros: great vegan pancakes, great service

Cons: menu too egg-centric
