The best vegan cheese, but hard to find - Edit
This is the best vegan cheese in Montreal, and one of the best vegan cheeses I’ve ever had. Stephanie and her team are doing amazing things with simple ingredients. It’s seriously wow!
Read moreBut especially recently it has gotten so hard to find. You can search for retailers on their website but they are often sold out. Sometimes I’ll have to check three or more places before I find someone who has it in stock, depending on where I am looking. I am excited for this little company that demand is so far beyond supply, and am excited to see them eventually expand.
They unfortunately discontinued their bleu cheese though, which was AMAZING. Please please bring it back when you eventually grow to meet the current high level of demand. I know it wasn’t your best seller but those of us who love it miss it so much. Whenever I chat with someone about this cheese (usually commiserating with staff about it being out of stock) we always end up talking about the bleu. I think now that the market has grown there’s more of a place for it.

Can you buy directly at this store? Or is it the factory?

Des fauxmages dignent de grands noms. - Edit
Incroyable!!!
