A very nice opportunity to try Georgian cuisine with vegan options - Edit
I liked the experience, I had tried Georgian food in the past but at that time I was not yet vegan but vegetarian. I thought it would be difficult to find vegan options because I remembered seeing lots of cheese everywhere but there were quite some options. The appetizers with the different spreads is delicious!

Bonito y acogedor restaurante georgiano en el centro de Madrid. Hay algunos platos vegetarianos que se pueden hacer veganos si preguntáis. Fui con una compañera de Georgia y decía que la comida tenía muy buen sabor y se notaba la calidad, la única pega, era que las raciones eran algo pequeñas (depende del plato).

Nice and cozy Georgian restaurant in the center of Madrid. There are some vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan if you ask. I went with a companion from Georgia and she said that the food tasted very good and the quality was excellent, the only downside was that the portions were somewhat small (depending on the dish).
