Its a shame how much business is lost because of 1 wrong person. I can't tell any friends to go to Nunos because of the ghetto acting girl who picks up the phone with such a rude attitude. If you hate your job, dont work there, but don't chase customers away from great food that you did not even cook. smh this place needs a nice person with class and a good attitude answering the phone and bringing out the food or its gonna keep losing money from bad customer service.

Yesss, the girl who answers the phone is horrible! She says horrible things and tries to cover it up with a smile. She's killing that business!

People on happy cow need to refer over to the low reviews on google and see the combative responses from this business owner. She has excuses for every bad review and doesn't take into consideration the awful attitudes her employees present even since opening.. Its a to go restaurant only, theres no excuse for charging extra for items such as boxes to eat your food with, when no other restaurant does this.. They'll forget it anyways and respond with excuses as to why instead of just apologizing and moving on. Make sure and dont wait outside for your food with a drink in your hand even when they know you purchased more drinks and tipped accordingly, they'll still give you attitude and blame the grocery store and business around for people sitting at their tables. Maybe go find another location where you can have a pleasant outdoor area instead of full sending an attitude at your customers..

Very rude and confrontational staff. See responses from google reviews. This place doesnt deserve business because they hate the community they provide for.

Rude employee's, cold food, charging for what shouldnt be charged for. Confrontational business owner, just because someone can make almost decent food doesn't mean they can treat their customers awfully.

Anybody who claims these people treat them nicely are liars or friends of the family.
This place might as well be called "Dicks Last Resort." Its a to go only concept so dont expect your food order to be correct, warm, or "fresh". There is no "service".

You'd think owning a to-go restaurant and serving to-go dishes you'd provide the ability to eat your dishes without charging extra. Unfortunately this is not the case at Nuno's charge for everything extra taco's. They'll charge you extra and then they'll leave it out. Good luck getting a hold of anybody to get it fixed and if you go up there you'll be greeted by a bad attitude.

If any of the food you receive is wrong or missing the workers will handle it with ZERO grace.

Nothing special about this restaurant. They cut costs by not allowing dine in and servers and they charge more for their food. The owner also likes to argue with people through google reviews, how classy.

Extremely greasy overpriced junk food! Service with an attitude!

It says the place is take out. Kinda true. It's more like walk up, place an order via QR code, and then a grumpy worker hands you your food. Tried to ask a couple of questions before ordering since it was the first time I was eating there. The lady didn't want to talk to me or answer my questions. Tried to compliment her when I got my food, also nothing. Apparently I was interrupting her day by wanting to know a little more about what I would eventually spend $50 on to fee myself and two others. Granted, the food was good, but not awesome for the price, lack of any dining experience, and the grump-o-saurus working there. Vegan restaurants are awesome, but you don't remain awesome by not being nice. That [censored] is free. You should at least add that in at no charge since everything else is extra. Stop asking for tips too when you do nothing more that put food in a box and hand it to me in a plastic bag. Sidenote, at least you didn't try to make me pay your credit card fees. Most of the time, I am not writing a review, I would just never come back. You earned this one fam.
