Hi there Veganathletes,I am not the one to reply to reviews because to each their own opinion and I respect that. My name is Kendra,the girl at the door and I am super saddened you felt that way about me, but I do want to clarify somethings that I noticed you said. 1. I would never deny answering a question, if you ask the owner what my job role is he will tell you she’s a “food runner”, my job role is technically not for customer service.but I still am present for you to ask questions. I never denied you.You made it sound like you were asking a question and I turned my back on you or denied to answer your question so Saying I didn’t want to talk to you isn’t correct because the only thing I did was go back inside to work on the 15+ orders that needed my attention 2. You asked me if we had a POS system, I told you yes. You said that’s cool. I said thank you! Saying that you complimented me and got nothing back I don’t feel is correct.3. I do not ask for tips! That is ingrained in the system, so to down play my job which you know nothing of what I do hurts. If you actually met a regular, you would then understand if it seemed like I am busy, it’s because I am a one person army maintaining the whole store front by myself. I see over 600+ people in a week all by myself. 4. I’m trying to understand your definition of “grumpy”. We have a camera that is above the door that records all interactions. I said “hi are you picking up or ordering?” You said “are you open?” I said yes we are a takeout digital restaurant with all ordering online”. You scanned and went back to your car. Our interaction was no more than 60 seconds.I was professional and respectful. I’m a real person with real feelings and I had to clarify this because this review hurt me. I would love for you to revisit because I welcome anybody and everybody! Thanks for visiting us and we hope too see you in the future!
