Beautiful Bowls - Edit
Loved the Rainbow Bowl — if you’re looking for a lighter option it’s a good one because it has no grain. They also sell vegan cashew cheese in the to-go fridge area.

Wonderful Breakfast - Edit
We had a delicious breakfast at Nourish Wellness Café. We were impressed that there were so many vegan options and that the food was all organic. Their organic coffee was delicious. We also had the Harvest Bowl and Avocado Toast. Everything was fresh and delicious. The gentleman that waited on us was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return again, when we pass through Northampton, Massachusetts in our travels.

Delish for smoothies, spring rolls, grain bowls. - Edit
The smoothies here are good. I really like the Beet one. They have some decent light lunch/snack options like grain bowls, loaded toasts, and spring rolls. They do have some things with honey but it’s marked clearly.

Delicious! - Edit
I loved the mayan mocha. The restaurant is listed here as vegetarian, but I didn’t see an option on the menu that wasn’t vegan. So so good!

Love this place - Edit
They have yummy Açai bowls, smoothies and juices. The cashew cheese board was a bit of a disappointment since the cheese had no flavor. I haven’t gotten a chance to try other things on the menu but whenever I am in the area, this place is a must stop.

LOVE this place!! - Edit
this restaurant is so cute and the food is delicious! great for when you’re craving something healthy and nourishing. their bowls are a nice size and their smoothies are good. definitely on the pricier side, but worth it if you want to treat yourself to something good for you. they also have some wellness shots if that’s your thing.

Good vegan food - Edit
This place is pricey but good. The portions are small but it’s healthy. They call themselves plant based but they serve eggs so I had to rate them lower than I otherwise would have. They try to give off an ethical vibe, good for the community, and yet they sell eggs..... Good place for light healthy food.

Fresh - Edit
I got the Buddha bowl. The ingredients were all very fresh and bright. There was a nice variety of textures and colors - a really pretty dish. Unfortunately, it was a bit short on flavor for my liking. The sauce was a little thin and fell short of bringing all the ingredients together.
Read moreI came during Saturday during the lunch rush, so there there was a big line and a long wait. Based on my first experience, I don’t think I’d come back during lunchtime again, but I might stop by during the off hours to give the place a second try. I was intrigued by the cashew cheez offerings.
Pros: Fresh, Colorful
Cons: Crowded

Very, very, very healthy - Edit
I've been to Nourish Wellness Cafe twice, and I really admire their commitment to health. Unfortunately, I have been underwhelmed by what I've had.
Read moreMy first visit I had the "Greeny Bowl: Brown rice, massaged kale, avocado, pumpkin seeds, sprouts, topped with house-made pesto." It was fresh and tasty, but it was also something I could create at home. When I eat out, I like to have something special, something I can't make or would have a hard time making just for myself.
My last visit I ordered a Cacao Superfood Shake. It's described as: "cacao powder, banana, almond butter, maca, cinnamon, date, coconut milk. Chocolate lover’s delight!" and costs $9.00 with tax. It tasted like mud.
I am not rushing to go back. I really wanted to love this place, especially as it's convenient for me. But I have other options more to my taste nearby.
Pros: Super Healthy
Cons: Yucky smoothie
