Nice place if it's your only option - Edit
This place has some charm, but was extremely busy when I stopped in. I waited 15 minutes to be seated and another 30 for my burger to arrive.
Read moreThey no longer carry Beyond, but a Morningstar rice patty instead. The food was a little bland but otherwise good. The waitstaff was highly knowledgeable when it came to plant-based option ("don't get the fries, theyre cooked in lard. Do the hashbrown instead"). I was also told that they are trying to incorporate more options in the future, including a rotating soup.

Burger, grille place - Edit
Has Beyond Burger, make your own burger. Server recommended veggie bean burger not on menu, just excellent, crunchy crust, well seasoned. Hubby was happy with his grilled cheese. As is true in a lot of restaurants currently, service was slow due to staffing shortages, but friendly. Appealing, downhome, family atmosphere. With slim pickings on the Lake Superior North Shore, this is a good option if traveling north. This is about an hour north of Duluth, not far from Gooseberry Falls. I would return here again.
