Great place for a breakfast - Edit
We called in here for Sunday brunch and sat outside. I had the Ritz vegan breakfast burrito (fluffy scrambled tofu with vegan cheese, avocado, potato ‘chats’, tomato, herby mushroom, piled into a tortilla and griddled) and it was delicious. My wife had the Twisted Wheel breakfast burrito (halloumi, avocado, potato ‘chats’, tomato, herby mushroom, scrambled egg piled into a large tortilla and griddled) which can easily be made vegan. In fact, she asked for it with no egg and the chef came out to check if she wanted vegan halloumi too, so takes veganism seriously.
Read moreWe ate outside and the atmosphere on the towpath was great, with cyclists and dog walkers stopping off. They had oat and soya milk and the coffee was good too.
Check out their menu as other vegan options are available and, as I mentioned, the chef is happy to adapt.
Went back in 2024 and enjoyed the food inside!
