New Discovery

Being new to Oslo I didn’t know about this place until a Norwegian friend took me there for a meal. And I was happy to dine there. The food was tasty and there were plenty of options too.

Pros: A variety of choices , Tasty and delicious

Fantastic lunch

The Buddha bowl was made to order from an exciting array of healthy ingredients on the counter which made for a winning balance of speed and freshness. Full of vibrant colours, thoughtful flavours and contrasting textures. Every ingredient had been prepared to perfection - delicious mushrooms to name just one!

Good, but no menu

Really nice, homemade food and it seems to be pretty popular.
I had lasagna with salad for I think 190 NOK which I think is pretty expensive, but probably normal for Norway. The lasagna was really tasty and greasy and I was lucky enough to have it right from the oven.

I think their selection of food was a bit hard to get an overview of. They don't seem to have a menu, but a kind of buffet where you can choose either some specific meals or make your own combination. However I think, I also saw somebody have a burger, which was definitely not in the "buffet", so I wonder how they got that.

I also had a coffee there, which was good, but I don't have a picture of it.

Yum!

I have eaten here several time and my favourite is the lasagne, it is delicious. I tried the curry and it was too spicy for me. The lentil soup was tasty, it was blended which was a disappointment.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Not that many choices

Good range of options

Offers warm dishes like lasagne, tofu steaks, noodles, curry, desserts. Had the lasagne which was filling and hearty but a little bland. That’s probably what the Nordic palette prefers. Nice all vegan place which seemed popular with local people.

Five Stars

We had the lasagna & Penang curry with fried oyster mushrooms and it was both delicious. Paid around 250 NOK per meal incl. a drink (Kombucha). Expensive, but then again, so is the rest of Norway lol. Staff is very friendly!

Top notch cake selection

I went in for a treat and Nordvegan did not disappoint! I had the cheesecake and knew it could go both ways as I've tasted a lot of different successful and not so successful vegan cheesecakes. This cheesecake was just marvellous. It was cheesy and dense.

Pros: Nailed the cheesecake, Friendly staff

Cons: Expensive

Super Good

The food comes in big portions and is super tasty. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it.

My family of four got the BBQ Bowl, Lasagna Meal Deal, Curry Meal Deal, Samosas, and Sweet Potato Tempura. We also got a slice of apple pie and carrot cake.

Reasonably priced good, wholesome food and great desserts

Great, central location, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. All the dishes that I've had were very tasty, especially the spring rolls. Though I wouldn't buy any pasta dishes as the pasta tends to be overcooked. The desserts are absolutely amazing, best chocolate cake I've ever had.

Nice food, pleasant atmosphere

We had vegan lasagne, carrot cake and chocolate cake - all nice, especially the carrot cake. They didn’t have much else that we wanted to try, although the Thai curry did look nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurant. Didn’t accept cash at the time we were there, I believe they’d already cashed up.
Would probably eat here again.

Pros: All vegan, Nice staff, Pleasant atmosphere

Cons: Expensive , Didn’t accept cash, Small cake selection
