Great Aesthetic, Nearly No Options

Has a definite bar vibe, but still an absolutely beautiful restaurant. The decorations and lighting are gorgeous! The wait staff were incredibly helpful and patient. Unfortunately, there's not much for vegans. (Vegetarians fare slightly better, as there are many dishes you could simply exclude the meat and be fine.) The only real option is the Vegetarian nachos, ask for no cheese and no sour cream, and there's an option to add beyond meat to them. This is what I tried , and it's delicious. Although the spice-sensitive palate could really have used a vegan cheese/cream to help tame. Other than that, there's salads that are mostly just greens once you take the animal-based bits out. The kitchen did confirm that the bread *isn't* Vegan, so be sure to say no thanks!
