Great Vegan Poke Bowl - Edit
We was looking for something vegan in Benidorm and this came up. Really enjoyed the vegan poke bowl and the hummus and wakami starter. Really informal and chilled atmosphere. Good music and friendly server. Check Google maps for opening times. The day we went it opened 30 mins later than on Happy Cow

Fresh vegan options - Edit
It’s really difficult to find fresh, healthy vegan food in Benidorm however Nook Poke offers a vegan salad bowl which includes brown rice, tofu, edemame beans and salad as well as fruit bowls. Really pleasant staff too.
