Great vegan noodle bowl

I got the spicy peanut noodle box with tofu added (takeout) and liked it a lot. Next time I’d ask for lighter sauce and probably add extra veggies. Options are very customizable but be sure to look at the website or the in-store signs for which bowls and add-ons can be made vegan. Online ordering sites didn’t have this info and some items you might expect to be vegan aren’t (for example the crispy tofu is not, but regular tofu is).

Pros: Fresh, Customizable, Large portions

Cons: Choices can be complicated
