Wir haben beide die „Bing Bang Tofu“ Nudeln. Es war geschmacklich echt lecker, aber für unseren Geschmack zu fettig.

Wenig vegane Auswahl. Nudelsuppe war gut, aber geschmacklich nicht besonders. Ausgefallen ist der leicht würzige Tofu ubd die handgezogenen Nudeln😄

Tasty hand pulled noodles & rude service - Edit
I'm a big Ramen and Noodle Soup Fan so I definitely had to check this place out. They offer a decent amount of vegan options and I chose the Shoyu Ramen with vegan chicken. The broth was really tasty but a little lacking in flavor. I absolutely LOVED the noodles. They were really thick and chewing on them was a pleasure. the portion was huge. The vegan chicken was ok, nothing special. If I come again I would take the tofu option instead.

It felt like we looked 10 seconds at the menu and the waitress already wanted to take our order even though I said we needed a moment. When we told her we want to pay she just said yes and didn't come for a while. After she took an order at the table beside us I asked for the bill again and she said in a really annoyed tone that we have to pay upfront instead of telling us that in the beginning. The paying process was also really unfriendly and rude and she let us feel we are very dumb costumers. I don't care if the service is really cold and only brings the food but acting super annoyed which shows you how much she doesn't want to be there was a very unpleasant experience.
