We had vegan soup, spring rolls and noodles here and loved all the dishes. Came out super quick, super cheap and tasty. The server was also lovely and helpful

Ok food ok price - Edit
Tried bun tron chay (45k i think) which was quite good and filling, another time i went for the pho chay and the fresh spring rolls (35k) - spring rolls were actually quite nice, I def CANNOT recommend the pho though, bland tasting (put an extra 4 mini limes in a good bit of soy sauce to make it tasting like something), no extra rau to put in, just a bit of carrot, onion and tofu swimming in there - underwhelming. They have quite a bit more choice for vegetarian on their menu, might be worth trying.. when in the area and hungry

Bland food - Edit
I had the vegetarian pho, but they didn’t bring me the side dish with the sprouts and herbs. When I asked for it they brought me some other random herbs that didn’t go well with pho. Wouldn’t come back. The pho itself was bland.

Dirty not worth it - Edit
Honestly doesn’t even really deserve 1 star. Staff were rude / not attentive. Food was bland and oily . The entire place looked like it hasant been cleaned in years and to make it worse I had a gross thick black hair in my food. The only plus is that the price was reasonable for the portion sizes. But that’s not enough to come here. So many nicer places nearby

Maybe not appropriate for family - Edit
We went there after we met another travelling family. We were discussing and children were having fun, but soon we noticed the lady working there seemed annoyed by the kids so we left. Average food. Good value for money, but won’t come back.

I had ordered dry veg pho and rice noodles with spring roll. Both were yummy and within budget. Food was served quickly. If you are looking for pocket friendly options , you should try it.

Avoid unless you enjoy bland food - Edit
We went for lunch today and ordered veggie Pho and a Tofu and mushroom stew with rice.
Read moreFirstly, they completely forgot to start making the stew despite it being very quite in the shop.
After my partner had finished his below average Pho, my meal finally came. The only way I could describe the stew was awful. Absolutely no flavouring was used, not even salt. I wouldn’t be unfair to describe water as better tasting...
Most annoyingly, this place was recommended to us. Perhaps we were just unlucky? Who knows.
After going up to pay, I told them that the stew was really bad and the lady just pointed at the final price on the bill. No sorry or anything. I will most definitely avoid this place at all costs. The place around the corner, Mihn Chay is far nicer!
Pros: Affordable.
Cons: Flavourless food. Not even basic seasoning used., They forgot half of our order., Poor customer service.

Awful - Edit
I ordered vegetarian spring rolls and on the plate 2 out of 3 were with meat. I spit it out and say it to the waitress, in 10min she brings another plate (without saying sorry). On that plate 1 out of 3 was with meat!!! I told her and she just said sorry and that was ebd of the story for her. Unbelievable. I understand people can make a mistake once but twice it's stupid.

Amazing Vegan Pho! - Edit
This place is super easy to find and has an amazing selection of vegan Vietnamese food for a omni-restaurant. The pho is amazing. We’ve had it twice and will probably go again. Beer is cheap too! The spring rolls have pineapple in them, if you’re into that :-) try and go upstairs and sit on their terrace. It’s wonderful!

Not that special - Edit
We ordered tofu in tomato sauce and noodles with vegetables. Both were not that special and were quite simple. Noodles had a weird sauce over it which didnt taste good. Would skip this place and go to Jalus instead.

Delicious Vegan Food - Edit
A really cozy restaurant with some delicious vegan options, also serves meat however the veggie options are clearly marked in the menu. We both had the tofu rice vermicelli bowls and they were incredibly tasty. Pretty affordable too at 45,000 for a meal. Would recommend!

Okay vietnamese food - Edit
We had the vegan pho which was a bit too sweet for me (and questionable soy sauce on table) and I thought it needed herbs which the dish was completely lacking. The vermicellli noodles were good though, but the spring rolls were just ok. Overall good and would come back to try something else (or the noodles again).

Worth the search!! - Edit
Somehow we walked back and fourth on the street and couldn't find this place. When we finally did, it didn't look promising. But the food was delicious!! We had the nicest food I've had so far in Vietnam! (Also it's funny sitting on the balcony watching everyone pacing around trying to find the restaurant!)

Simple but good local eats! - Edit
Mostly tourists eat here, but the prices are cheap and the food is yummy.
Read moreWould rather go to an all vegetarian place, but I'm with my dad and decided to compromise one night. He loved his fried rice and I enjoyed the spring rolls. Not a lot of veggies in them, and they're super deep fried, but it still hit the spot.
Fast no frills service, not as expensive as other western focused places in Hanoi, so not bad overall. Will be back to try some of the other vego options.
Pros: Plenty of vegetarian Vietnamese options, cheap foo
Cons: Serves meat, simple service (not overly friendly b

I just kept going back! The vegetarian vermicelli noodles was delicious. You end up with a citrus and peanutty broth at the end as all the nuts sink to the bottom. Option number 4 on the menu.

The food was delicious and especially the pho was rich and tasty but it was nothing special. If you are on a low budget and around the lake I would recommend to go there. Medium sized portions!

After searching for veggie pho for a few days I was very happy to come across this cute little restaurant. The pho was really tasty, as were the spring rolls. They also have meat options and my husband said his chicken curry was very good. Would definitely return!
