Great Banh mi - Edit
Like everyone else has said 😆 get the braised tofu and mushroom. SO GOOD! Recommend over banh mi 25 tbh. Idk why it has such good reviews... potentially cause it's all tourists, definitely have not seen any locals queuing up there. Also, the lady working here with blue hair is so sweet and has amazing english

Went here twice whilst in Hanoi - the braised mushroom banh mi is great, surprisingly filling and only 25k dong! Owner is helpful and speaks good English. I recommend!

Very tasty "bánh mì" and vegan options available. The owner, Kim, is very very friendly and speaks English pretty good. She even sat with me and helped me to learn Vietnamese, even though she has so much work to do.

Nice lady, good banh mi. Two vegan options priced at 25k and 35k. We took 3 sandwiches for two people and it made a decent meal.

Veg and vegan options are really yum. Braised oyster mushroom, tofu and cabbage is really good plus the owner speaks good English so you can easily customise your order and she is really really sweet. Sticky rice and banh mi are both good here and really cheap (25k). Also it’s right near the lake so you can get takeaway and eat next to the lake. We have returned 3 days in a row to eat.

This food cart is located in an excellent position near Hoan Kiem Lake and around the corner from the famous Note Coffee. It opens at 7am so is perfect for a cheap breakfast Banh Mi. They have two vegan Banh Mi. And vegan sticky rice too. The lady is so kind and friendly

Very tasty tofu and a bit mushroom with Chilisauce and some vegetables. The owner knows about veganism and told us: "I really like to eat vegan, but I am not vegan. " Very friendly lady. We have been there a couple of times.

Cheap Bahn Mi - Edit
I added this food stall a month ago so I don't remember everything anymore. The stall offers 2 different Bahn Mi and each costs 20k. I had the Tofu Braised Mushroom one and it was decent. Definitely a good deal for that price.
