Starters for the win

Loving the extensive vegan menu here. Dishes mainly centre around a choice of tofu, mushroom or aubergine - no meat subs. Fresh, vibrant and nicely presented. Starters were standout so would go for a selection of those next time. Pho broth was a bit disappointing. I'm curious about the coconut custard bao bun (starter?) if anyone can report back on that!
