Broad vegan options - Edit
It’s a good place for some great sandwiches. The menu is pretty clear about what is vegan. Orders come out pretty quick too. The Chipotle Chik’n is a great sandwich.

Nomz had a lot of vegan options. I wound up going with the brioche on a croissant and the croissant was super nice and flakey. The rice paper bacon is tasty but harder to chew. The chipotle aioli was the shining star of the dish, add such a nice flavor that paired super well with the rest of the sandwich. My partner got the vegan chipotle chicken and complained that the chicken was super fatty without much flavor, wouldn’t recommend.

We got the vegan BLT made with rice paper bacon. We asked to swap the TX toast for multigrain bread. Yummy.

i love nomz so much. it has so many options for vegans that are clearly marked and you do not have to remove any items to make it vegan. there are games to play while you wait for your food, so it’s a perfect date spot. they have breakfast sandwiches and lunch food.

Seating is in a dark communal food hall/court space with one wall containing a full row of monitors glaring out ads for NOMZ restaurant. Noise varied with the number of patron, but was noisy at times.
Pros: American standards with a vegan twist , Many vegan choices
Cons: Slow service after ordering , Eating is in dark communal area, Seated patrons face one wall of TV monitors

Really good vegetarian and vegan options! Had the Chipotle "chicken" sandwich for dinner before the Akron Marathon. Subbed cheddar for the vegan cheese and it was delicious!!

The broccoli sub is so good! The vegan egg breakfast sammies are great options as well! So happy to have a solid, vegan-friendly lunch option. The venue is nice too—you can grab a beer off tap and browse the market.
