Vegans get the whole menu - Edit
Driving back to the Bay Area from Tahoe, this is an easy stop off of 80 for lunch. I had the Pho, my husband had the Happy Chow Fun, we shared the Longevity Rolls and the Mushu-Mushu . Everything was very tasty and cheap!

Read moreThe food is mainly Asian-influenced with an emphasis on Vietnamese. It's all delicious. And by all I mean it- I have tried 100% of this menu as I've been coming here for years. Stir-frys, noodles, soups... the menu is expansive.
What takes it to the next level is the service from these kind servers like Gabriel and Jacob. Such a neighborhood vibe.
Pros: Curry Soup (add Udon noodles!), Mushu Mushu, Any of the noodle dishes

I've eaten here more times than i can count, evertime its been consistently delicious! Great service, kind owners, comfortable location. They have never gotten my order incorrect and i have food allergies. Fully vegan, yes even those faux shrimp which are unbelievable! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. If you have questions and are new to vegan options they are kind with suggestions or answering questions as you may need. If you havent tried vegan food this would be a great place to start. And if youre a vegan allstar you will be thrilled with the variety & selection of their fully vegan menu. We call their kitchen staff wizards as the faux meat options are unbelievable and my carnivore mother couldnt believe its not made with animals, its chef magic.

We enjoyed lunch that was tasty and filling enough to bring home dinner. The service was exceptionally friendly, kind, attentive and professional. It was totally quiet when we were there which was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

Staff was awesome and very attentive! Food was great! This was my first time here. I got the Ruby Pearls. I think they were made from tofu. The sauce was a slightly sweet and sour mixed with a hint of teriyaki flavor (to me at least). And I got a side of white rice. I wanted a side of fried rice but that only came in the full entree. All good! It was super good. I paid about $15 for everything I got. I took the advice of one of the other people on here about this choice of food and I will definitely be back again to try some of the other food they have.

Jacob waited on us and the service was amazing. There were plenty of dishes that they could accommodate my request for oil free. The spring rolls were phenomenal and that lemongrass curry with the eggplant 🤤

Another good meal from Noble Veg - Edit
Made another trip here for a birthday dinner. Picked a bunch of different entrees we hadn’t tried before. Had the ruby pearls, basil eggplant tofu, kung pao vegeken, and chow mein. All good stuff. Made the mistake ordering kung pao spicy and will do medium next time. But the staff was able to help me lower the heat with some plum sauce. Mongolian wonder is still my favorite but the kung pao was great too! We overeat here, lol, because it’s all so good and we’re trying to make our way around the menu. Looking forward to trying other stuff next time.

The place was pretty full the whole time. Water was always full, and staff was always smiling and engaging the customers. So many of the other places we’ve been to take your order, drop your food, and you’re on your own from there, even to get your own water and tableware, while still commanding the same or higher prices. We only eat out once or twice a month; so happy to repeat business at such a welcoming restaurant.

Great textures! - Edit
Between the two appetizers and entrees, the various textures of the foods were surprisingly good. The clay pot dish could almost fool a meat eater when looking at or chewing the seaweed-wrapped bean curd. Everything was good if not great. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t ever been here.

I have had just about everything on their menu. My favorite dish is the Mongolian Wonder plate with the Chow Mein upgrade. Favorite soup is the WonTon noodle. Other notable favorite would be. Ruby pearls, Lucky Chow Mein, Vegetable Medley, Cheeseburger and Fries, Curry Potato, Crispy Egg Rolls, Moshi Moshi, Broccoli Lover and of course the Roti Drumstick 😋 But explore the menu for yourself.

Longtime vegans, we'd heard of Noble for some time, but never made the visit. So glad we did! Our food was good quality and delicious. We ordered Pho, Royal Noodle Soup, and gluten-free Ocean of Love...everything was great.

This place has become nostalgic for me. They’ve been around for years, and I have so many good memories coming here with friends. I can’t ever remember being disappointed with the food or service. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming too. There are always fun things to try on the menu. And the drinks are always good! Their water is infused with mint and citrus and is so refreshing and comforting. The Thai Iced Tea is also a favorite! Really don’t know what else to say except this place is a gem.😄

The food here always blows me away. From the Summer Joy Salad to the Ruby Pearls (with rice!), everything I've had is a winner. The sauces are so flavorful...and they have Alternative Baking Company cookies for purchase too if you want a treat later. A true gem hidden away in a strip mall.

Angel at Peace 🤍 - Edit
I ordered the Angel at Peace and it was delicious! This dish looks so simple but it’s so well seasoned and balanced. The service was great and the atmosphere of the place is very calm and nice. My husband is not vegan and he was really impressed with his noodles. I really recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans, and would definitely love to be back next time I visit Sacramento!
