Simple Veg Fare - Edit
I rolled in around 9:30pm after browsing the night market stalls, was handed an english menu, and ordered the sesame noodles. I was able to sit immediately despite the seating area being tiny (could maybe fit 12 if cramped). The noodles came out very quickly and were quite simple, a little bland, but overall good and crazy cheap. I don't remember the final price but something on the order of 2-3 USD. I was in and out in 20 minutes. If you're looking for a trip to flavortown this might not be the place, but for simple vegetarian fare when you are surrounded by a meat-heavy night market, this was satisfying.

Cheap but average - Edit
Yes the food is cheap and the menu range is pleasing but the quality of food is really not high. It’s fine, but I can’t give it more than 3* knowing it isn’t hard to find better quality food.

The price is right - Edit
Right near the local night markets. The vegan steak was small but tasty. Was considering 4 or 5 stars, but after getting an 85twd bill for my tofu, the steak, and a bowl of noodles, the choice was clear!

Simple Taiwanese dishes that Operates till 12am - Edit
Dishes are a little bland but still yummy nonetheless! Love the soups and braised items, they all taste amazing! Would love to try the other dishes if there is a chance!

Convenient, Simple and yummy! - Edit
They don’t have an English menu but there menu is pretty simple. If you have issues ordering just show them pictures from here of what you want haha and they know a little bit of English. We get oil rice (friend rice), a soy roll and boiled veggie. Highly recommend! Their late hours and proximity to the night market (basically in the night market) are also a huge plus!

Good veg place near Ningxia Market, open late-ish - Edit
Standard Buddhist veg restaurant near Ningxia Night Market. It makes for a nice stop if you're visiting the market or are looking for a decent meal after other veg restaurants have closed.
Read moreThe food is relatively inexpensive and the portions are good. I liked the tomato fries rice and the wonton dry noodles best.
Some of the dishes do use egg, which can usually be omitted if you ask. Dishes with egg are clearly labeled on Uber Eats. Most of the staff speak no English, except for one woman who is generally friendly and helpful but often very busy.
