I went in and didn’t really know how things worked and the staff members were so friendly and showed me everything!! The smoothie bowl was very tasty, highly recommend!

Don't waste your money - Edit
Terrible food. Food I ordered was old and mushy. It did not taste well at all. I found a hair in my food. Don't waste your money, as there many other places to eat nearby which taste much better. I was very disappointed.

Inside the Politan Row food hall, the Nice Sprout vegan counter offers up some yumminess. The food took a little while and it’s rather pricey, but it was on-point good.

It's located INSIDE "Politan Row". Great options and delicious food. We were in the area early in the morning and looking for a good vegan restaurants and most were closed, but not this one. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Fresh, huge servings, delicious! - Edit
So I’m normally sceptical or disappointed by “build your own bowl” options because the servings of each topping are tiny. I had a base of greens with quinoa (they put in like a cup of the stuff), carrot ribbons, sweet potatoes (cooked with some tahini and cinnamon, so good!), zoodles, and avocado (got beautifully sliced large half-avocado!). Cashew dressing was great. Left feeling very satisfied! A perfect healthy lunch.

A very refreshing breakfast - Edit
I was traveling here in Houston and wanted a nice and refreshing breakfast. I was confused at first because they share a space with several other counter service restaurants, but they're right beside the door. I had originally hoped to find a warm bowl like oatmeal, and the lady who helped me said they were planning on doing that in the future. The two gals at the counter were friendly and helpful and I got the Chocofrost smoothie bowl paired with an oat latte from the next counter over.
Read moreThe bowl was great, in a nice glass sundae dish, topped with banana, granola, and coconut flakes. It tasted almost like a chocolate milkshake, so was perfect for my sweet tooth. Highly recommend!
