soo impressed with the large selection! was greeted by the friendly man tending the stall. prices are reasonable :-)
Read morei ordered a curry puff ($1.50), a little larger than the typical old chang kee curry puff! buttery, slightly flaky, thick pastry layer, and generous amount of mildly spiced potato curry filling. so satisfying. perhaps one of the best puffs i’ve had 🥺
also sells traditional treats like fried cempedak which is hard to find nowadays :-)
was told by the man all snacks are vegan!
do bring your own container to save on the plastic bags!

Fried snacks and chinese kueh - Edit
This stall sells the regular fried snacks like goreng pisang, you tiao, fried spring roll, curry puff, etc. Also sells traditional vegetarian chinese kuehs like carrot cake, yam cake, soon kueh, etc.
