Best in town - Edit
There are many vegetarian restaurants in town however only 2 fully vegan and this is the best. Kombucha is amazing. A bit pricier than avarage.

Kombucha! - Edit
I mainly came here for their kombucha, but I also appreciated the coffee with coconut milk. The food I tried was decent, but nothing special. However, I would still recommend this place as it's very peaceful and the staff are lovely.

Amazing food, beautiful restaurant, lovely staff. - Edit
As the title says -- this is an amazing little restaurant towards the end of the main strip of restaurants in Tam Coc. My partner and I ordered the miso soup and papaya salad to start, and then the chickpea and coconut curry (with brown rice) and noodles with spring rolls. The papaya salad was incredible and definitely a meal on its own, and my partner said the spring rolls were some of the best he's had since being in Vietnam. The staff were lovely and smiling the whole time, and the restaurant had a beautiful vibe to it at night. Hope to come here again and try out their breakfast menu before we leave the area!
Read moreUpdate: Came for breakfast, and ordered the coconut pancake, Vietnamese tea, fruit platter, pb & banana on toast, and orange juice. Food was generally okay, but really very much 'what you order is what you get' and probably not worth the price. (Some fruit would have been good with the pancakes on top, and maybe some vegan yoghurt or sauce; some cinnamon and seeds would have gone well with the toast.) Still had lovely service from the staff, and would come back for dinner any day, but not sure we'd recommend the breakfast. Had really high expectations for breakfast so that probably set me up for failure!

Very fresh and healthy - Edit
Great staff, the food is very basic, fresh and healthy although I never felt excited. Nevertheless, I recommend this place!
Read moreWe got a glas of Nutella when ordering pancakes, I hope this is the only non-vegan thing in there😄
If you think of trying the (fresh) Kombucha, ask for the fermentation/ripeness, as they only pour water into the existing batch and it's therefore not that fermented everytime.

Good food - Edit
Decent food with great portions. We had the sushi, mixed veg with dipping sauce, and coconut ginger tofu. Sushi was the best, mixed veg was good, as was the tofu. Even though the tofu smelt delicious, the coconut and ginger flavour didn’t really come through, which was a little disappointing! But it was still tasty.

We are lucky this nice restaurant opened just two weeks ago. It's easy to get there from Tam Coc center.
Read moreThe food is very very delicous. It was so good, we went here more than 4 times and spent around 100k per person for a dish and a nice drink. At the moment they have 20 % discount on food. It's the only vegan restaurant in the area so we recommend coming here as a new enterprice it needs some support.
Pros: We recommend the chickpea curry, the sushi, Vegetables with dipping sauce, Tofu with coconut

Best.Ever. - Edit
Staff speak English and were able to make food with no oil for us. The hotpot was huge for 2. Everything great value. The brown rice sushi was delicious, the steamed dumplings small but sooo tasty. There were enough menu choices so I came here 3 times in 2 days. The 2 of us had drinks, entrees, mains and a dessert and it was well under 500,000 vnd/$30 AUD
