Ok, just a few options

I would love to see more vegan options. I tried the bowl which was ok, nothing special and a cold dish. I just forgot to take a picture. The Atmosphere is cool, you can also sit outside. I spoke to the owner so I hope there will me more vegan food in the future.

Modern Wirtshaus

Cozy place to chill and rest after a busy day in Stuttgart. Some vegan options available. Staff is well informed regarding ingredients.
Had a tasty salad bowl with veggies. High quality food is being served here.
Location can get a bit noisy when it's crowded but nothing too serious.
