Delicious Vegan Tofu (Tofu Scramble) - Edit
The Vegan Tofu was delicious! They also had Oatmeal and Breakfast potatoes that they called Hash Browns, but were Breakfast potatoes. They were good. This was a surprising find as it was in a Motor Inn in Glacier National Park. We will be going back tomorrow for another breakfast. The service was not fast.
