Read moreA lot of flavours going on with the mild-to-medium spicy Chinese-style curry, sweet & savoury teriyaki sauce and tangy wedge of lemon. The curry comes with soft potato, crunchy mushroom cutlet, crunchy silken tofu cutlet, a salted lotus root chip, a crunchy kabocha wedge, steamed / boiled soft broccoli and soft white rice with bits of quinoa.
Took away a smol lemon curd muffin (RM10 / S$3.25) and it was a bit kueh and a bit cake like in texture, with tangy lemon curd on top~

Ein wirklicher Genuss ob es das hervorragende Essen ist welches bei jedem Gang nochmal übertroffen wird oder die hausgemachten Getränke einfach köstlich! Das lokal wirkt dagegen ein wenig unscheinbar mit seinen Plastik Tischen und Bestuhlung. Die Servicekraft ist mega herzlich und freundlich.

Such a sweet and cosy little place. Cash only and I don't think there's WiFi. But there is a great a/c and some books and games. I had the sushi for one, and the umami curry, as well as the nutmeg drink. Everything was so lovely, especially the curry - very comforting. Very glad I got here whilst in George Town.

Upon walking in I could see how much pride and love goes into the food, the menu was explained to me and I ordered promptly a Katsu Curry and a Nutmeg iced tea.
The decor is very homely and I felt like I was being treated to a delightful home cooked meal.
The food was amazing, the katsu was made up of tofu and mushrooms with the sauce being a pumpkin base.
Thank you for such a delicious meal! Next time I will preorder the sushi!

Quiet and cozy place with great food. The curry rice is a must try with spicy flavour. We added tempura mushroom, which goes very well with the curry. Tempura is very crispy. We also ordered a sushi platter, personally I feel the sushi platter for 1 pax can’t be shared so I will recommend to get one each so you get to eat all the flavours.

Went there in the early evening and were greeted by the very sweet owner who explained the menu and gave us some recommendations. All the food was great! We also had the nutmeg drink that's made with nutmeg juice produced by the owner's parents!
