A little more conventional than Yooji's but very good - Edit
Negishi has expanded their vegan selection and introduced a vegan filter in the menu so you can easily find things. The presentation is great and the quality impeccable, although the dishes didn't have anything surprising.

10/10 Ramen - Edit
The quality standards are very high in this restaurant. There are plenty of vegan options. I had the Tantan Men Ramen and they were just amazing. They tasted so fresh with the fresh ginger inside, I never had better Ramen in Europe. Also the atmosphere with the plants and the tree inside the restaurant is really nice.

Quite a few marked vegan starters and sushi. Food was very tasty. Pleasant outdoor area. Also had some interesting home made ice teas.
