Disappointing - Edit
Very disappointed. We really wanted to like this place. We heard they were closing half their restaurants and wanted to support them. In comparison to other plant-based burgers, this was pretty poor. The burger was TINY, yet expensive. It was tasteless, I'm not sure there was any sauce and there were like two tiny onions. The chips were not even salted and soggy. I rarely feel like I'm missing out when eating a plant based burger, but with this I really did.

This is a great fast food stop if you’re looking for that vibe. Looked like it does on the images which doesn’t happen very often! Staff also super friendly here which is nice. Only tried a Neat Burger but will go back again to try other things!

the oreo oatly milkshake is absolutely wonderful, the burger is a bit small for the price. Tasty though but its mostly worth going for the oatshake!

Been to many Neat Burgers and always enjoy the food. It’s just good tasting junk food.
Read moreThe only down side with the Stratford branch is that it’s situated within the food court of the shopping centre. They seem to be short of clean and available tables especially on weekends.

Love neat burger - Edit
Been to several neat burgers and they are always fab. Food is absolutely delicious and staff are always friendly. This location is a bit unusual as its part of a food court so not quite as good as their proper shops but great to see in this type of location.

1 portions seem to be getting smaller. Patties look thinner than they used to, as do portions of fries.
2 they've recently started charging for sauces. This is nuts. How can you charge for ketchup in a burger joint. And 75p is a pretty high charge for such a small amount. Feels like a backwards step.

I have to change some ratings from other burger stores - holy moly that was stunning. we tried the cheese, smash and best burger - and all of them were literally in one line of the best burgers ever.

Wrap was okay but a bit empty. Nuggets were average and greasy. Tater tots were nice and crunchy. Vanilla milkshake was lovely. Overall a bit expensive, probably best to head to one of the nearby chains

I got a cauliflower wing salad, vanilla milkshake and onion rings which cost me £17 ish to start with. The milkshake was great and my onion rings were real good although didnt stick together very well. My salad was what I was looking for but was a bit small for the price. Unfortunately my meal took a really long time to be completed (double the time of my partners who ordered at the same time as me) and then they gave me the side of nuggets rather than my salad. This took even longer to correct even though there was only one other person served in the 15 mins or so we were waiting. My partner also wasnt given her sauces and when I asked for them the server was a bit rude in saying she never had any - when she specifically asked for buffalo. We may have just caught them on a bad day but it felt quite disappointing for the money spent and my experiences in other Neat Burgers.

Neat burger is my all time favourite plant-based spot. So convenient and affordable, with such a large selection of fast food. I love the packaging and general aesthetic of this place, makes it feel like more of an experience.

Oh my gosh so good!! We got the Mac n cheese, buffalo cauliflower, and strawberry milkshake to share. We then went back to get a second buffalo cauliflower and also a biscoff milkshake. SO GOOD. The whipped cream was a bit too much for me, but just personal preference. Delicious and already craving more

The Chick’n & Waffle was also really good. It was a bit of a strange combination with the sweet and savoury but it worked! It was really tasty and I really enjoyed it.
I've been to a couple of other branches of Neat Burger and I’ve really enjoyed it every time, it's well worth a visit. #Veganuary

We popped here for lunch when passing through on the way to ExCel. It's great to see a fully vegan food option in a busy area like Westfield. We both had the combo meal deal that came with a burger, fries and Karma Cola for about £7 - not a bad price at all. The fries were a generous portion and the burger was good with a tasty sauce, although I would have preferred a thicker patty, and I'd have liked a milkshake too but they were £6.99 so I couldn't really warrant it. Hopefully I'll be back in the area to try some of their other options - there was a decent range to choose from but not all in the lunchtime meal deal.

West ham were playing at home and the food court was rammed with queues at all the food outlets. However there was one with no queue at all, Neat Burger, the plant based fast food joint. It was lunch time and my partner and I were peckish so we thought we would grab a burger. The burgers ranged from £7 to over a tenner, fries started at £3.50 and combo meals from £15. Way over priced for a fast food burger and fries. My partner had the chick n Burger with fries (£13). The server was rude and had no customer etiquette at all. At that point I decided against paying restaurant prices for fast food served in cardboard troughs. My partner said her burger was OK and the fries were good but won't be revisiting as she could get a meal deal from a local burger bar for under a Lady Godiva. I went at got a vegan lunch for £6 with a coffee. As a vegan of 30 years I would not shop in a place that charges extortionate prices for the simplest of meals, even if it is all plant based. Maybe £10 for fries and a burger I could stomach.

Ordered the classic neat burger. It was sloppy and soggy and the vegan meat tasted bland and was the texture of slightly cooked sandwich meat like deven. Also there was only one staff member there and I waited about five minutes before she got off her laptop to serve me. She was very lovely though.

One of the best and most comprehensive vegan fast food restaurants - Edit
I've had neat burger a few times now. I've had the hot dogs and some of the burgers. I think that this is the closest thing one can expect to a regular fast food restaurant chain but in the vegan version.

Ordered a chick'n burger with fries and a Neat Burger for my other half. The food took ages to be ready, and when I went to check on it, I realised that mine was next and my fries were on the tray ready to go, so I waited by the counter. After another 10/15 minutes, the order was ready but I had to ask for fresh fries as they'd been sat, uncovered, literally an inch under the server's (unmasked) nose for the whole time as she liaised with the kitchen. The chick'n burger was lovely - if it wasn't fully plant based I would've questioned if it was real chicken. The Neat Burger apparently tasted nice but it was very sloppy. The fresh fries were of the very skinny variety and they were nice. The burgers were near enough a tenner each and the fries were £3.50 each, plus extra for sauces, so it's not fast food prices, but if you're not bothered by that, it's worth a go. Just keep an eye on the server if they're only a few inches taller than the food counter...

Neat Burger - Edit
I really love Neat Burger, but they are growing so fast that they seem to be losing their focus on quality and taste. I got a cheeseburger from this location in the mall last week and it just wasn’t the same as the original location. Surely this might just be a quirk of being a new location, so hopefully the taste and quality improves soon.
