I really enjoyed the variety of vegan options. The entire menu is 100% vegan. I went there twice and ate the Neat Burger and a wrap. Both were amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to every vegan person, but my non-vegan companion was happy as well. They also offer plant-based packages for to-go-food.

This place definitely needs an upgrade! What I enjoyed the most about Neat Burger is the Caramel shake I had. The burger was just average and had too much sauce and cheese on it. The tater tots were nice and hot though. I was disappointed by the fact that they did not have the fish sandwich or the chicken sandwich available.

I was absolutely determined to get an order from here, even despite knowing that the hit items would be tepid in temperature at best when they arrived; and so they proved to be. However, this did not detract from my enjoyment of this meal one bit. I loved everything single thing that I ate and would be more than willing to do the same again. Though competition was very stiff, the rose milkshake was was favourite part of the meal, it was a relatively new flavour to me and it was just so damn good!

According to HappyCow Neat Burger is the second most popular vegan venue at the Dubai Mall (second out of two in total; I'm writing that, because the reviews for the most popular vegan premise clearly didn't occur naturally, as explained in my review for them).
Read moreThey are located inside a food court on the second floor, but they do have their own separate area for their guests to eat at. I imagine, for a plant-based restaurant it's not that easy to stand their ground amidst so many other different allurements within this food court. However, I guess the sheer amount of guests frequenting the mall does the trick.
The menu features all American diner's long-term sellers. Burgers, dogs, shakes and so on.
I had the Smash Daddy burger with fries and a Bounty thickshake.
The shake is a really well-done one, great texture and taste, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Burger and fries were okay, I'd rate both with 3/5.
The burger was fairly small and had a bun I didn't particularly like (too soft). Patty and cheese were good, no major complaints there.
Fries had not enough salt, in my opinion, and tastes a bit rubber-like or blant at best.
Staff was very friendly. However, I couldn't fail to note that one staff member visably had a runny nose. Whatever they were having, I really didn't want to catch that.
Overall I'd give this burger bar a slight edge over the other vegan one at Dubai Mall.

Dubai Mall is massive! Follow the signs to the Aquarium and you’ll find the food court on level 2. The staff are friendly and food came quickly. Pricey though!

This place definitely deserved the 5 stars for being the junk food savior for me for many years. In a place like Dubai, my options were really limited for a long time and curled up in bed the morning after a heavy night out, these guys never failed to bring their A game! From the tots to the burgers and everything inbetween (yes gluttony was an issue for me at times!) I was one very happy customer!
