Delicious Vegan Vietnamese Food

This was a great find. Never knew of this one until recently. Glad we found the place. Really liked the food. The portions were pretty big for the price. The place was nicely decorated. Definitely recommended for everyone. Service was great too.

Pros: Delicious food, Portion, Variety

Great quality and good portions

New favorite spot. Been disappointed lately by how restaurants are stingy with portions and quality due to inflation. This place did not disappoint though.

Pros: Taste, Portions

Absolutely delicious and friendly!

I ordered the lemongrass chickn (number 52 I think) based on a picture here and it did not dissapoint. Looking forward to coming back and trying a noodle dish. Also saw a photo of funnel cake on the wall 😍😍 what? Have to get that next time.
The guy there was very friendly and so were the other people sitting next to me who struck up conversation. I know that doesn't matter much in a food review but just goes to show the good vibes a delicious place can bring.

Food was great

Got the #1 was a pork roll loved it. Only draw back is on weekends parking was hard because there is a very popular seafood buffet restaurant. Cash only so bring cash.

Pros: Great food

Cons: Cash only

Great Food.

Place has great Food, if don't read Vietnamese you might not know what food your ordering, only few menu item have English descriptions. Second time coming and everything I've ordered what great, spring rolls, soups, fish stew.. just delicious and you really get quality food for a good value! More affordable them other vegan Pho places.

Pros: Affordable

Cons: Not everything on the menu is in English.

Authentic Viet Cuisine

Located in the Stater Brothers Center on Westminster and Newland is a hidden little spot for Vegan Viet Dining. The sign says Vegetarian, but I asked a customer and the woman behind the counter and they reassured me it was totally vegan.

The meu is hard to read so this is totally a place that you need to research what you want before ordering. I went in blind and ordered poorly, but everything was delicious. i ordered 2 types of spring rolls, lemongrass chik'n, and Pho. I somehow didn't order a vegetable dish so the greens in the Pho and the spring rolls were going to have to suffice . I have to say everything was really good. I especially like the lemongrass chik'n it was really flavorful and had a couple types of mushrooms. Of the 2 Spring rolls I ordered the Bo Bia with the fresh carrots and jicama was my favorite.

The portions were really generous and for $35 including tip I fed my household dinner and will have lunch as well. The staff was helpful and we did out best to work around the language barrier; her English is way better than my Viet so I have no complaints except I really should learn Vietnamese. I will bring a fluent friend with me net time I go.

Pros: great value, authentic Viet food, Some menu items have translation

Cons: Menu mostly is in Vietnamese

I Eat One Dish

On the rare occasion I dine out for work lunch, this is the spot I go to. I’ve only had one dish the #58 Com Tam Bi Cha. It’s filling and if I’d guess probably close to 750-800 calories. They are very nice but it does get stuffy and warm in there.

Flavor Supreme

Whole family was super pleased, three of us had Bun Cac Loai Nho (pictured on menu) noodle soups. One had Bun Cac Loai Lon, veggie fish noodle soup, vivid red broth. Shared spring roll w/veggie ham, carrots, jicama, mushroom, perfection—Bo Bia Bi cuon Goi cuon on menu—and Cha Gio rolls. Fresh ingredients, colorful, aromatic. Super nice service, pleasant ambiance, very good prices. CASH only fyi. Parking lot is very crowded during weekends, maybe go after or before rush hours.

Pros: Excellent food, Good value, Nice staff and vibe

Cons: Crowded parking lot, you need to compete for spot, getting a parking space takes patience, ruthless shopping center drivers, walk w/caution

Great flavors, great portions - super affordable

Just found out about this joint so we checked it out with visiting friends. We ordered dry noodle dishes, one crispy one not. The portions are huge! And the food was very tasty. It was also a pleasant atmosphere. Really couldn't have hoped for a better bang-for-your-buck deal. This might be our new, local go-to spot for vegetarian Vietnamese food. :)

Pros: big portions, low price, tasty noodle dishes

SO incredibly delicious & affordable!

Just order #38 if you want to enjoy THE BEST pho 🍲!!! Out-the-door for less than $8 (OK, I tipped heavily, because the food was so fresh & amazingly flavorful!)

I'm not from the area& Siri turned me on to the place... what a great find!

Pros: Excellent, cheap food, Lots of optional spicy 🌶 sauces at the table

Cons: Not a whole lotta English...
