Few, but high-level options - Edit
There are some vegan options on the menu as of August 2023. The „gröschtl“ (roasted potatoe slides) with mushrooms and vegetables salad was very good. 100% vegan dish, friendly waiter.

Plenty of delicious options - Edit
Not a massive menu in general, with a couple of vegan options and vegetarian ones which could be made vegan. Maybe a temporary menu, but among their chanterelle dishes were about half of them vegan/vegetarian and very delicious! Staff spoke English and were amiable, menu only in German.

Options ok, Service not flexible - Edit
Comfy! The two vegan options were out when I visited. While that's ok for me (no waste, responsible treatment of resources) the restaurant should have been prepared to deal with that. I asked for vegan options and the service was quite reluctant and didn't offer changes by himself. In the end I got a vegetarian meal minus cheese with neither price reduction nor alternative to the left out cheese.

Cons: No flexibility, staff not familiar with vegans

Promising but disappointing - Edit
The only vegan option on the menu was "out", so we had to suggest ourselves to veganize one of the vegetarian dishes which was a oat patty with goat cheese. We only got the patty without any substitute for the cheese so it was very dry. They have a selection of some sorbets for dessert though, which were very delicious.

Cons: Only one vegan option in limited amount, Staff is not very educated about veganism

OK for region - Edit
If you are in the Seefeld/Leutasch area, it‘s ok. Otherwise not worth detour if you are looking for vegan food.

Beautiful view - Edit
We drove from Germany on Sunday morning. The staff were nice and suggested only two options: vegan risotto and fried spring roll field with quinoa over veggies. It was a nice mix of the two dishes but not other options.
