Admittedly, I did get some grocery items at prices comparable to other places (organic blueberries and juice), but I wanted SO BADLY to try their prepared in-house vegan eggless salad, “tuna salad”, macaroni salad, and potato salad, but they were priced astronomically, even at half the cost - this was for a container that you can hold with one hand - no larger than 2 cups, I assure you; the potato salad was $9.99; the (chickpea) “tuna salad” was $9.99, the tofu eggless salad was $9.99 and the macaroni salad was (sit down now) $14.99!!! For quantities that wouldn’t even fill your 2 hands! All of that food will go bad - no one will buy it at those prices. Truly unfortunate.
I was highly impressed by Nature’s Emporium, I’d always wanted to visit. They have every health food item you could think of with the highest quality. The variety of plant milks and refrigerated vegan products surprised me, you can find brands and products you wouldn’t find anywhere else. It is a nice establishment, especially if you’re health conscious, it’s like a wonderland. P.S. for all my vegans (their nutritional yeast is cheaper than other places I’ve seen!)

Mixed feelings - Edit
They have some vegan options, but do not adhere sufficiently to ethics. Much work to be done, heading in the right direction.
Read morePros: Some vegan options
Cons: Soooo expensive, Animal products and vegan close together , Food taste is OK, not great
