Biggest in town - Edit
It’s considerably bigger than the other stores in town and with a wider selection, so you can find all sort of stuff here.

Great for 'white collar' grocery shopping. - Edit
Their fresh produce is top quality, although expensive. The shop is never crowded, and offers almost everything a vegan may want to add to their grocery list. Everything they sell is organic, hence the prohibitive prices of certain items.
Read moreIf you're not living paycheck to paycheck, this is a great place to do some of your shopping.
You can also get freshly sliced vegan ham substitutes at the counter, which is a delicacy (right next to mutilated carcasses, unfortunately).
Their bistrot offers some interesting vegan options, though not always labelled clearly (I always have to ask what the vegan options are), and, although rarely, sometimes only a few pastries or items are vegan. Still, a good place to have breakfast, a snack or even lunch.
Pros: High quality organic products, Lovely staff, Stylish atmosphere
Cons: Pretty expensive (like other shops of this type)

Huge selection - Edit
NaturaSì on Corso Milano is a huge organic store offering a huge selection of fresh and packaged foods. I quite like the fact that they also carry some unpackaged dry frood such as cereals, legumes, and grains. Among the non-food items they even have a fair selection of books on alternative health and lifestyle - interesting for those speaking Italian. Their onsite-bistro offers fresh (green) smoothies and juices as well as vegan hot drinks and snacks - look for "vegetable" or "vegano" on the menu. They even have charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes. The staff were very friendly. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.
