Amazing place in Cabo Frio - Edit
I love Naturall Gourmet. I always go there when I’m in Cabo Frio. They have a buffet during lunchtime with many vegan options (and some gluten-free as well!). It’s very tasty and the staff is super friendly.

Definitely the best option for vegans in Cabo Frio! During lunchtime, they have a buffet available with many vegan options, and you can also order from their regular menu. Even though the food in the buffet looked quite good, I was craving junk food so I ordered the Vegan Dog. It was delicious! Firm bread, tasty sausage and sauce, and crunchy potatoes (I couldn't figure out if I was supposed to eat them separately or with the hot dog, though). An unexpected surprise was the homemade ketchup, probably the best I've ever had! It was a satisfying and cheap dish, and they also had dessert options so I had to try... two. The orange cake was great, so fluffy and sweet, loved it! The brigadeiro was also amazing. In short: if you're in Cabo Frio, come eat here! It is worth it, and there is no other place with so many vegan options.

Clearly labelled vegan options - Edit
We ate from the buffet. There were plenty of vegan options there and they were all clearly labelled. I noticed some gluten free labelling too. Also many vegan options on the a la carte menu, including desserts.
