Small shop, strange selection - Edit
I went there twice but couldn't find any soyfree spreads for savoury meals. There are tons of items there but I didn't find stuff I really wanted to have, just lingered around the shop. A good thing is that it is open until late.

Small but has plenty of vegan options - Edit
This is the nearest naturalia to me and it is very small but has a wide selection of plant based milks, a decent stock of tofu, seitan, veggie sausages and the like. Even has Vegan Pizza Cheese which is nice as it’s so hard to find vegan cheese in paris.... Couldn’t find any egg substitutes but there was flax seed. Really expensive though...
